Complain abt e service

I used tnt to bring my cargo frm china it ws supposed to be delivered on e 10th of April paid everything ws told my cargo is detained by cbcu so must send proof of payment n commercial invoice I send ny 19th April ther submitted told mi it takes5-7days up to now ther is no response
