I would like to commend Brenda Segeel, Oatile Molale & the delivery guy who delivered my order in the knick of time to my son for his Matric ball.

I've been calling G Star Raw and FedEx to enquire whether my parcel will make it in time for my son's matric ball since 4 December 2023.

I placed my order online on 26 November.

I was sent from pillar to post with no definite answer or indication as to where my parcel was at, it just couldn't be tracked, G Star Raw said it was with FedEx, and FedEx said it wasnt with them yet.

The morning of 6 December, Brenda Segeel was the agent whom I explained the situation to and she literally treated me like royalty and went over and above and even beyond to ensure my package was delivered on time for my son's matric ball. Oatile was Working with her tirelessly to ensure that the package was delivered.

It truly is refreshing to say the least to have come across such dedicated employees, FedEx, these individuals are shining stars and assets to your company, they made you look damn great.

I know the management team will most probably feel they only did their job, and damn you if you have think this little of them. My parcel was not due yet, they could have just advised that the parcel will be delivered in due time, as G Star Raw Customer service consultants so rudely indicated since 4 December. But not these 3 shining stars, they understood the assignment, and ensured a matriculant had goods delivered in the knick of time.
