Come on FedEx! Do Better!

From reading other reviews of this company I can see that our complaint is in no way unique...Like 90% of the other complaints ours stems from the fact that FedEx Express is literally un-contactable. I have attempted to contact FedEx using all available means and have yet to speak to a single human being. Our parcel has been in "regulatory review" since 15 July 2020. As indicated by the communications received from FedEx, the onus to get the parcel moving is not on us, the customer, but is rather the responsibility of FedEx..who seem to be doing nothing. Are they even open? How can a branch of a multinational company not have a functioning telephone number or call centre? It is a complete farce! When one engages the service of a courier one expects efficiency. I would not recommend using this courier. We have an account with one of their competitors and have never had such infuriating problems. Come on FedEx! Do better! There are other companies that provide the exact same services as you, only they are professional and reliable.
