Clearance issue

Good day,
We had a castor oil sample air freight to us which arrived in SA on the 24th of July. Port Health then requested a registration certificate on the 28th of July which we sent on the 31st of July to Ms. Mariza Diedericks. Until as of now, we have been waiting for feedback from TNT regarding clearance. Ms. Diedericks has been very rude and unhelpful and the only message we get from her is that she is still waiting for the runner to come back from Port Health.
I find it very difficult to believe that in the 21st century an import and export company is making use of runners and not via an electronic system
The parcel we require is of utmost importance and we require clearance before the end of this week.
I would really appreciate it if you could assist me in this matter.
