Casting Pearls Before Swine.
Hi Guys,
I am as calm as a feather, the reason being that I've come to realize that there is no point shouting and exchanging words with you, this thing happens every time.
Well with regards t this particular shipment which is supposed to be delivered tomorrow the 27 of July, I got a call from Dubai asking for ID t pre-clear the package, as it stands now, it 10 pm and the package hasn't cleared.
people are losing contracts and business because you have decided to roll out new software that is full of bugs and now we are paying for it.
well, I paid for expedited shipment, and at this point, I won't be very happy should my package not get delivered.

Your shipment will be delivered, I have already escalated your shipment to the clearance team that I received from you on Sunday night and clearance is underway. In an effort to faster reduce the backlog we are currently faced with for various reasons, the new system adding to the backlog but not the only reason, we are making use of the extended resources we have available to us in our Dubai query team kind regards Leigh

28 Jul 2020, 09:01Dear Leigh, thanks for your mail, but like I said to you I have a feeling that it's either your outfit isn't taking matters too seriously or this platform doesn't matter to you, I just checked on the package this morning and it's still as it stands nothing has changed and oh the good thing is that your office hasn't changed it to pending, that good. There was a time I asked you a question about how your company doesn't see it as a ***** when you charge someone for expedited shipment and don't honor that promise, do that maths do you know how many millions that alone has made them, and yet they keep complaining about stupid excuses and keep rolling out useless protocols to mare the situation and make it worse, a group of us who feel de*****ed and taken for a ride are looking into this and when the time is right the whole world will come to see how this has been going on.
