Careless attitude from TNT staff

I have been struggling with TNT to get my shipment from China delivered to me. My shipment was picked up on 1 November in Hong-Kong and moved quickly to SA where it got stuck on the airport. And believe me. It is really stuck! I have been phoning TNT for the past 3 days begging them to deliver my package. Without results. The more I phone TNT the less they seem to care. My shipment apparently arrived in South Africa 5 days ago. Since then I have been calling and calling and calling and begging to TNT to please deliver the shipment. But I am just not getting any results. My shipment just does not seem to be moving at all. Yesterday the lady at customer care told me my shipment will be moving to Pretoria yesterday. I asked her if she is sure about it. She said yes. But there was no movement despite this promise made to me. Yesterday is past now and I was told today when I called again (for the 50th time) that the shipment is still at the airport. They are telling me that it will move today but I am at a stage where I do not believe this any more. This is what I was told yesterday. I have been very patient with TNT over the past few years. They sometimes would not deliver on time but I just patiently waited. But now I need that shipment very very urgently as I have clients waiting for products that is in that shipment. I am not happy with the care I am getting as a TNT client. I am a very unhappy client. This is a horrible experience for me. I am sitting here and I still have no idea when I am getting my shipment and I do not know what to tell my clients. And I seriously wonder if TNT even cares.
