Cant keep to their word as usual!!!!!!!!!!

So I have an on going issue with TNT because of things that they did wrong that costed me time and money. This was a huge fight where the oporationz department failed to do their job correctly 2 times in a row in the space of 2 weeks. I was called by kenny on Friday and spoke to him and he could not say sorry enough. After hearing all About what happened for the second time he said he would sort it out and promised me that he together with the managers from operations will call me on Monday. Well today is Monday and Monday is now done but again as I knew it would happen Kenny failed to call me as promised again. Now do you see why I will bot let this issue go. The management promise heaven and earth and can’t deliver or keep to their word. Now I can promise tomorrow he might call but when he does he will just have some reason for his failure to call me as always. This issue will be sorted out and I will carry on pushing until it does. You would think they have a huge issue and complaint by a client that they had messed around they would at least do their best to keep their word to sort it out rather then have bad reviews put up. So let’s wait and see what excuses they come up with now.
