Cancer Medication not being delivered after 2 week
We have imported urgent medication for a cancer patient from the UK on a special permit from the MCC. We have been trying to get our goods since the 17th of Feb. We have even paid the import VAT but TNT has been claiming it is being held by customs. This is impossible as pharma products get cleared first and it has never taken this long to get our products cleared. We are holding TNT responsible if something happens to the patient. We phone 3-4 times daily to follow up and we just get put through from one person to another and no-one takes responsibility. It is disgraceful that TNT thinks it is acceptable to literally play with peoples lives. I have also not found one person working at TNT who actually seems to care about this.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
This matter has been raised with the relevant management. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.
Sadly customs stops are completely out of TNT's control, and your parcel was been stopped by Port Health.
