Can we have reputable service

Awful service. ******* maybe I don't know but definitely fishy business going on here. Customs declarations include items that are not part of your shipment. Addresses on invoices incorrect. No-one wants to talk to you on the phone but prefer to send e-mails that do not make sense at all. This is **************** buy such a such a used-to-be brand name. Appalling. Please deliver our goods. I have shipments that have been sitting at Fedex since 24 July 2020. Bogus charges on the invoice. No-one @ Fedex willing actually resolve the issues. I am personally spreading the word for people not to use this service.
