Calling Devone *********** is Being Kind!!!!!

The service from FedEx Express is beyond pathetic. Especially Devone Papagni. Calling him *********** would be giving him a compliment. My item has been sitting with customs for about a week now, I have sent all the necessary documentation, I have sent about 5 emails on a daily basis to Devone, however, a simple reply or update seems to be above his pay grade. The way in which he communicates (if and when that actually happens) is nothing short of rude and pathetic. The level of service here is really not a good reflection on the company as a whole and I am sick and tired trying to get anything out of Devone and/or FedEx. My shipping number is ********** 26720. I would appreciate someone who actually gives a damn about customer service to give me a call before this gets ugly!!
