Brilliant attitude - Thulani

Although I am not a direct client of Fedex, I send stuff twice a week to Namibia for Phumelela and Thulani Mngomezulu does the collection.

Thulani has an amazing attitude, always friendly, courteous, apologetic if running late and there's overall good energy about him. Of the many courier companies I deal with, I thank Fedex for sending Thulani for my collections.
