I have dealt with almost all the international courier companies delivering services in SA for more than 12 years. This includes TNT and DHL. Fedex has a massive advantage over all other courier companies. They have Julie Hornsveld-Blair! I had a huge upset with Fedex due to a confusion on their side. Not only did Julie solve this confusion to restore my confidence in Fedex. Julie also walked the extra mile to get my shipment moving through customs and to get a set delivery date established.
