Brenda Segeel the best Staff member!

I would like to commend Brenda Segeel from customer service for what can only be described as a pleasure. I called her in frustration and desperation in an inability to deal with Fedex USA, she got me the contact person, followed up, SMS and went so far beyond the call of duty. the world need more like her and if I had offices in JHB I would be looking to ***** her! thank you Brenda
