I just wanted to take a minute to send Cornell M Arendse a mail to compliment the TNT team AS A RESULT OF HIS HARD WORK. I sent a complaint earlier today, but Cornell immediately responded to my complaint telephonically and I assured me that the sun will not set before I receive my goods. He was willing to help me with anything I need related to this awaited delivery. His efficient and speedy service made my life so much easier. To top it up he was extremely polite and professional and it was a pleasure to be addressed by someone like him.
