Beyond worst service!!!

The level of incompetency at this establishment is beyond comprehension, utterly disturbing. My parcel has been stuck by customs for over two weeks now. I have provided all the necessary paperwork and made the required payment, yet my parcel is still stuck at customs. I was told that the clearance administrator assigned to my case is Koketso Caswell Modikoe who has proven to be very difficult to deal with, for a moment I even thought he was made up as I couldn’t get hold of him and when I finally did, I literally had to run after him to receive any sort of feedback or the invoice. He doesn’t return any calls and hardly responds to emails. I’ve been passed around every day. As a result I complained on hellopeter.com and an agent by the name of Lunga Khoza called me back and assured me that he would assist me with this matter. For a few days it seemed like he was working on it, he even promised that I would receive my parcel by 04 April 2022. Unfortunately that has not happened, furthermore, it has become difficult to get hold of him as well. Instead of calling me back, he keeps sending me emails that they are awaiting feedback from customs. I took it upon myself this morning to call customs and try and find out what is really happening with my parcel. To my surprise, I was told that they don’t deal directly with clients, however, FedEx can’t keep telling me that they are awaiting feedback from customs without providing me with any further details. She alluded that they normally respond within four hours of receiving documents/communication. If not, FedEx should do a follow up with them and that my parcel shouldn’t have been stuck for this long, especially subsequent to making payment. She further emphasised that FedEx should know this. Therefore, clearly someone is not doing their job correctly and to top it off, almost a month later, nobody knows anything regarding the actual stance of my parcel. What a poorly run organisation!
