Beyond pathetic service

Every time I order anything with TNT the service is beyond pathetic. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. My package was cleared from customs on Monday. I paid for the duties and vat by 11am after I had to call through and request for the documents and invoices. Through out the day there was zero communication or answer from the clearance department. The operations team said they needed confirmation the duties and vat were paid even though I sent through the proof of payment. Pathetic service from the clearance team. Tuesday I received an email from the clearance team leader assuring me my package would be out for delivery. Tuesday is over and I have not received my package. It is pathetic. Tnt is the cheapest courier company and it shows with the cheapest service. *** is the tracking number.
