Beware of Fedex Express, they do not even deserve a single star.
Beware of Fedex Express. My shipment arrived in Cape Town 30 June 2020 and since then it has been stuck there. I have emailed them, NO RESPONSE. I phoned them numerous times only to be cut off and when I eventually managed to get through, the person told me that they will escalate the issue and contact me back. After more than a week I'm still waiting!!!!
