Beware of FedEx. Waybill # *** from Johannesburg to Calgary, Canada. Not only that FedEx lost my entire cargo - which was ****** from their custody and possession but they have been displaying their pathetic service by not settling my claim for the lost cargo even after 4 months from the delivery. This dis-service Does not demonstrate any customer respect but shows utter carelessness towards the customer. Why should one use FedEx ever !!!!! Makarand - Johannesburg. Mobile: + ***8

Dear Valdemiro, it’s a pity that a call and efforts for resolution from FedEx start only when I complained on Hellopeter platform ?
Your representative did call but I am still waiting for his email id so that I can send him my follow up emails for his investigation.
Hope this gets resolved soonest.
