Better to remove the "Express" part

For an express courier service I would want to rely on efficiency, promt response and replies. My parcel from India arrived at Jhb on 17 July. By 19 July TNT informed me of the documents needed to release the parcel from customs. This I send straight away. The clerk rep**** that she struggles to print the documents so I need to send it again. Thereafter whenever I called to get an update, she is on leave. No one else was able to assist. I repeatedly send emails. Four days later there was a reply with no indication on when I can expect delivery.

In short, it is now 16 August (1 month since my parcel arived at customs and one week since payment was made to TNT to pick up the parcel). Still no reply and no indication on when I can expect my "Express delivery".

In the meantime I need to rely on lifts, taxi's and rental cars as this parcel holds the parts for my broken car.
