Bed service from FedEx
Parcelhero collected my package in the UK on 22 June.I had been advised that FedEx would be sending my package to South Africa. The package arrived in Johannesburg 27 June. It is being held under customs clearance despite the fact it is a small package inexpensive,a gift and not an import. This has already been explained to FedEx.Despite my numerous requests,I have received no proper feedback as to why my package is still being held.
