Battling with refunds!
My payment did not go through to them....so i paid again from another account. Both payments went through. I am battling to get someone to help me with this refund. Their phone numbers don't all work and you can only email and not talk to someone. In a email they will be telling each other to help the customer but NO HELP comes from them. I overpaid with R 9000-00 and to me it is NOT small change!!!
