Bad service with no communication

First of all,I have been using DHL and Aramex service for the longest of time and I have never had any issue nor lack of proper service like I have with FedEx.The online tracking facility clearly started my parcel will be delivered by 18:00pm on the 30 August.I was then sent a payment request email ,a payment which was made however no response or acknowledgment was sent back to me.The package I was expecting was for a wedding this weekend,which I stated on the email.Had I been advised and responded to ,a secondary plan would have been made.To be honest I've never taken a liking to FedEx and this gave me more reason to NOT ever use their service!
