BAD SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!

I highly dissapointed at the service i've received, My parcel has been Pending since Monday 15/06. No one has been in contact with me, i tried calling for 4 days now waited for more than an hour on the phone but no answer. I have emailed you but no response and tried the online chat and got in contact with a lady by the name of Merle she said the clearance team needs to contact me for my id number its been days and i haven't received a call or email. Please release my package as its urgent, i am i small business in South Africa and this is not the kind of service i need to experience. i will stop using Fedex if this keeps going on. PLEASE FIX IT, I WANT MY PARCEL NOW
