Bad service in bad times.

Worst ever service received. Maybe I should copy and past all the emails we sent here for all to see how bad it really is. Shipment arrived in SA on 6th, some after that and we still waiting for invoices in order to pay them to get out shipments release (more than 4 pending)... Been asking for last two years to fix our Importers Code and they keep on using it. Now it takes 3 weeks to fix their own error.
