Bad Service from FEDEX SA
I have a shipment coming in from the US, it arrived in the country on the 25th of October. Taxes and duties were paid in time and all details provided but my shipment has not moved since from the airport. Every day when I enquire I am told there is a lot of containers they have to go through and they promise a next day delivery but it never happens. Why are we paying so much on shipping if we don't get our packages on time? That's if I will ever receive it
