Bad service from Fedex Express

Recently had a parcel delivered from India via Fedex . The merchant sent me the Tracking number .Initially got a call from Fedex stating my parcel had arrived , but they had no clue what duty I needed to pay. I kept checking the status on the parcel and it said it was with fedex but could not ldiever due to non payment . I must have called them at least 6 times speaking to different agents . Eventually one gave me the price on which i made immediate payment and sent her the POP. still nothing after a few days Then called again and finally was told my parcel would be delivered .Fedex service is not up to scratch ! Honesty in future any merchant using Fedex, I will insist on another courier ! Bad service !
