Bad service from FEDEX
Have only had bad experiences with FedEx. Takes you half an hour to get through to a human being because their computerised answering machine "doesnt understand". Fedex cant guarantee a change of address even though you have done everything they have requested - email, copy of ID etc. It is really a bad company to deal with.
