Bad service from Fedex.

Super disappointed with Fedex, I ordered a package and paid for the 1 business day delivery, my package was dispatched on Monday and should've been here on Tuesday, I was keeping track of my parcel online and was excited to see that my package was in JHB early Tuesday morning and believed it would be in Polokwane the same day as I paid for 1 business day delivery but it is day 2 and still no package, I have also tried using the online chat to get some answers but after being in a que for about half an hour the chat just disconnects and says that no agents are available. I am really upset and disappointed about this, truly truly bad service from a company as big as Fedex.
