Bad service from Fedex

So I placed an pre order on loot.com a few weeks ago and my delivery date was for today the 29th.I received a email and sms yesterday to state that my parcel was dispatched.Yesterday afternoon I called the call centre and they told me the goods are dispatched I should get it Friday as in Today.I called the call centre once again early afternoon and they told me they will get back to me they cannot get hold of the driver.About a hour later I called the call centre again and explained to this lady that I am upset and I want to know where my parcel is she then tells me that there’s a note saying that the driver was at my place and called me just after 11 today.Firstly who was ever going to get back to me if I did not call them again and secondly I have no call logs from anybody for the entire morning today.Then she says the driver can meet me somewhere his going to Kwanobuhle I told them I have no transport and I am in Algoa Road Uitenhage which is right there the lady then tells me sorry they can’t drive there it’s another drivers route.I then put down the phone.Never the less please note that I will never use fedex again as this has now become a incovience to me.I now have to drive and collect my parcel from the office in Port Elizabeth tomorrow.I work in a customer service environment and this is one unsatisfied customer.
