Bad service

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I get on SHEIN app and I see package is not delivered because client not available or business closed there’s no such as I was not contacted at all so how did the driver get to that conclusion, FeDex is horrible I hope SHEIN never uses it again for my packages and I have been trying to call I can’t even get through.
