Bad service dont deliver when expected to do so.

I got the tax invoice i paid it this morning. I phoned them to find out where my package is as payment was done in the morning i was told that they only transfer the proof of payment in the afternoon and i will only get my package Monday as i expected it this Friday afternoon.Bad service really bad.
