Bad service
It's really getting ridiculous It's been four months now without my stuff and all I'm getting is customs this customs that. Meanwhile the customs agent Nicole won't respond to my email and I got mail from FedEx saying my stuff is being prepared for delivery but it's still at customs which doesn't make sense.
I think 702 will have a field day with FedEx because I'm clearly not the only person complaining about their unprofessional manner and lack of communication.
