BAD SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION
Once again empty promises from fedex courier and the team. I was assured by Lucean on email that my parcel will be delivered by 14:00 today and still no delivery. I even called FedEx they contacted the driver and he said he will deliver between 16:00 and 16:15 today. Here I am it's already 16:35 and still no delivery. This is really unacceptable I'm so ****ed off. Why all the lies????

20 Dec 2024, 18:55I eventually received my parcel from FedEx on the 19/12 after all the struggle. A gentleman by the name of MARK was so helpful, I salute him . He was so helpful from the time I spoke to him he kept me updated on my delivery and kept his promise. He phoned me to confirm if I received the parcel. I wish we can have more people like him at FedEx.
