Bad service and no contact made
Absolutely the worst delivery service ever. No contact was made as requested prior to delivery. They dont answer phone lines they dont respond at all. All companies especially Foschini TFG online deliveries should cancel their contracts with these useless people.

11 Jul 2020, 13:25Absolute brilliant service via Durban from Melanie Goolam she answered my mail straight away upon not been able to reach their toll free number and resolved the issue of the delivery as well.The next day early my parcel arrived at my home. She is an asset and absolutely fantastic even telephone manner was 10 out 10!!!!!
