BAD SERVICE ALL-ROUND

My delivery date was scheduled for the 11th. It's now the 16th and still no parcel!!! I cannot get any helpful feedback from the help centre. The telephone gets put down in my ear and then when I phone back, no answer. On another attempt, I am given a bogus tel number of the depot in Pretoria. I am utterly disappointed at the lack of service from TNT! When it comes to receiving money, well that's one thing, but you are incapable of delivering to your customers!
