Bad service

FedEx has the worst service ever! I was supposed to receive my international parcel yesterday (12/08) , and I didn’t. I called to do a follow up and was told that I will receive the parcel later the same day or the next day in the morning, and they never delivered. I called for the third time, I was told that the parcel is at their hub in Midrand, I told them to hold it, I will come fetch it from them, because my client was waiting at my shop for it. When I get to their hub, I was told by the receptionist that the parcel was taken for delivery . I wasted my petrol and time to go there for nothing. And I still haven’t received my parcel!
