Bad service

I bought some stuff online from USA on the 10th December and, the parcel arrived within 5 days. Now they are stucked with Fedex for another week. I paid the money requested on Tuesday and the lady by the name of Lauren said if I can pay before 11am, they'll deliver my parcel the same day. I paid the money and sent her the POP and I sent 2 more emails to confirm if she received my email and POP, she never responded until today. Wednesday I called in and talked to another one by the name of Linda, she also said I should forward the POP and I did that, she said she'll check the next day as it was knock off time and I understood. The next day (Thursday) she didn't come back to me as she promised and she didn't respond to my follow-up email. I called again and talked to a guy by the name of Kysna he said he'll check and will call me back, he didn't call back. Today (Friday) I called again and fortunately Kysna received my call and said he'll check if the money appears on their account and will call me back. I'm still waiting for his call until now at 16h00. What I know is that when you deposit cash into the bank account it reflect immediately so I don't know why are they struggling to see mine for more than 48 hour. The parcel I was waiting for was so urgent but it still with FedEx and I feel they don't respect people. I'm really disappointed at their services, I will never ever use them anymore and will never recommend it to anyone. On the rating above they deserve 0 (ZERO) their service is very bad.
