Bad & *********** service
Been calling the customer service for over 2 days, they keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes and then they hung up, my parcel status keeps saying customers not available, whereas it’s a lie! The driver hasn’t come to deliver! This is the 3rd time I’m experiencing such bad and *********** service from Fedex!!!
