Bad delivery service by ignoring instructions

Im very very mad and disappointed in fedex thanks to them my package has been send back to mrp headoffice because the driver ignored the instructions that was given to him his instructions was to call me when he is at the gate because im living in a complex i wont order anything from mr price again because of this now i have to call mr price in the morning to sort this out i have been waiting a month for this package now this what terrible service this is
