Bad courier service (FedEx)

Companies should stop using FedEx,my school have send me books via FedEx and was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of December 2025 ,the I kept tracking the package until Friday night on the 5th I received a delivery notification around 20:05. ,to a wrong address,when I follow up to let them know that I haven’t received any package ,they keep saying they are investigating and they will give an update,I always have to follow up ,they don’t even call or email for updates.such a bad courier service,I wish Mancosa can stop using FedEx services
