Bad communication s****s
The customer service on the phone is the only good thing about these guys although I waited 10 minutes each time for someone to come through. They just arrive at your house without even calling you or leaving you a SMS telling you they were here(had to call customer service for this). And then the driver had the guts to tell me I am a difficult man to find when his communication s****s are second to none. I think you guys can learn form guys like MR delivery
