Bad attitude, service that match that. KEEP AWAY!!!!!
I was not surprised to see they have a one-star rating, only because it cant go lower. Please do not use TNT. I had a problem where my consignment was only delivered after more than TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!! No apologies from there side.
Today I had a question about documentation and phone call center. After being put through to several people to be put back to reception, nobody could help me and the attitude was stinking.
Guess what? I phoned DHL and the first person could help me....
The difficult question I asked TNT that nobody could help me with: WHAT DOCUMENTATION MUST ACCOMPANIED MY EXPORT CONSIGNMENT AND I EXPLAIN WHAT THE ITEM IS THAT I NEED TO EXPORT!!!!
