Bad attitude and unprofessional behavior
Had the unfornuate opportunity to engage with your rude and unprofessional receptionist Phumzile Mazibuko. She lacks professional etiquette, is full of attitude and has no client service training. If this is who you employ to be the voice of your company i shudder to think who else you employ in the other divisions.
