I am very please with this serviced I have received from FedEx in George. I called FedEx in george on Monday regarding my parcels that I have been waiting for and that was stuck in johannesburg. I was greeted politely and professionally by a gentleman who introduced him as Wilbur Van Schalkwyk and I explained my situation to him and that my company is loosing money l. He assured me that he will look into it. He phoned me back within less than an hour and assured me I will received my parcels within the week l. This morning on 21 October he called and said I can come collect my parcels. He is so professional and well spoken that I will definitely do business with him and FedEx from now on.
