AVOID FED EX South Africa
Received dismal service from Fed Ex on a package. SEVEN WEEKS for delivery (still hasn't arrived) when they promised 3-5 days after paying a huge amount. Customer service in SA did not solve the problem. I had to take all the initiative. They lost my papers and wasted my time.
Try DHL or a carrier ***eon.
