I can only echo what is said below. Utterly non responsive, if you get any email back it leads to another dead end of non responsiveness. How this company operates is beyond me, just deliver my package. You happily took my money, on top of the fee you were already paid. The fact that this company has the gall to charge a R150 fee when they invoice you for customs duties and vat is just beyond me.
