AVOID AT ALL COST!
I am beyond ****ed off!! I have read most of the reviews about FedEx and can already tell that my case is going to be one such horror story. My shipment is spending more time at customs than it took to ship!!! It cannot possibly take this long to clear such a small shipment?! It was supposed to have arrived yesterday and now there's no delivery date and nobody has a clue whats happening! Whoever is running this circus has been asleep at the wheel so long that subpar service standards have become the norm at this organisation. CAN SOMEBODY SEND ME THE FREAKING INVOICE SO THAT I CAN GET MY SHIPMENT RELEASED!!!! For f*ck sakes!

17 Aug 2020, 09:12FedEx is truly a nightmare to deal with. My merchandise has finally arrived and half of it was DAMAMGED IN TRANSIT!! How do you handle people's packages in this manner?!! Your services are absolutely atrocious and I will be escalating this matter further.
