Astonishing Service
Fridge line medication parcel was despatched and received at there East London branch on Saturday 21/06/2020 to date this parcel has not been delivered - When calling to check as to when this parcel will be delivered there service department could not give an answer and they confirmed that they would check with the branch concerned and call me back, I have called 3 times even left a message for the Manager, which hasn’t even taken the trouble to return my call!!!
FedEx - please take into consideration that the contents of this box contains insulin - the patient is diabetic and his medical has runout!!!
I’m am discussed!!!!!
