Arrogant, unhelpful, ruined Christmas for a 5 Year Old
Never use FedEx in SA, I shipped a parcel from the US which included Christmas presents for my young daughter. Thanks to the most arrogant, rude and unhelpful lady , Swikelani Baloyi sent me looking for documents that suppliers have never heard of never of. Thanks FedEx, you ruined Christmas for a 5year old. I am so angry that despite my pleas you have ruined Christmas which my daughter has been counting down for months, can't believe I trusted FedEx with this shipment
