Appalling service level from TNT

My experience with TNT has been very frustrating. Their administration s****s ad level of customer service is very poor. Their staff aren't even able to answer questions on email which is shocking- you get a postbox type generic response.

I have a high value shipment coming in through TNT and I was not informed of the payment due in advance of delivery so i could make the payment and have a hassle free delivery on time. This is the second time this is happening.

The customer service agents seem very complacent and clueless in assisting. This honestly very frustrating to the point where I do not feel like using TNT. I never had this sort of issues with other courier companies,
